化放疗治疗韦氏环受侵的Ⅱ期非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　总结联合BACOP方案化疗 +放疗治疗韦氏环受侵的Ⅱ期非霍奇金淋巴瘤 3 0例的疗效和副作用。方法　选择自 1 998年 3月— 2 0 0 0年 1 2月韦氏环受侵的Ⅱ期非霍奇金淋巴瘤共 3 0例 ,均经病理确诊 ,用BACOP方案化疗 +放射治疗。结果　本组 3 0例患者均为中、高度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,完全缓解率 83 3 % (2 5 /3 0 ) ,部分缓解率 1 6 7% (5 /30 ) ,总有效率 1 0 0 %。毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应 ,白细胞下降者达 80 % (2 4/ 3 0 ) ,毒副反应均可耐受 ,无与毒性相关的死亡发生。结论　治疗中、高度韦氏环受侵的Ⅱ期非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,BACOP方案化疗 +放疗是一个安全且完全缓解率高的治疗方案 ,其远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective 30 patients of Ⅱ phase and invaded Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were treated with the chemotherapy of BACOP regimen combined radiotherapy. We observed therapeutic effect and toxicity. Methods From March 1998 to December 2000, 30 patients of Ⅱ phase and invaded Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin's lymphoma histologically proven were analyzed. All those patients received chemotherapy combined radiotherapy. Results 30 patients with intermediate-high grade malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma entered this study. The complete remission rate was 83.3%(25/30), the partial remission rate was 16.7%(5/30), the overall response rate was 100%(30/30). The major side effects were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal toxicity, the leukocytopenia rate was 80%(24/30). The toxic reactions were tolerable. No fatal toxicity was encountered in this study. Conclusion The chemotherapy of BACOP regimen combined radiotherapy is a safe method with relative high complete remission rate for intermediate and high grade malignant patients of Ⅱ phase and invaded Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, but further research is indicated for remote results.
