摘　　要：目的 探讨Hertel(三棱镜)式突眼计的设计方案。方法 从光学角度对Hertel(三棱镜)式突眼计进行定性分析。结果 光学结构的不合理性造成测量上不可避免的误差。结论 Hertel(三棱镜)式突眼计的设计存在缺陷,并对之提出改进方案。Objective To improve the measurement accuracy of Hetel tyhpe exophtha) mometer. Methods we analysed the design defects of Hertel tyhpe exophthalmometer, which led to the inevitable errors in clinic measurement of exophthalmos. The improvement of the instrument were suggested. Result The improved instrument can effectively increase.measuremet accuracy of exophthalmos Conclusions The improved instrument were more scientifically designed.
