适利达治疗复杂性青光眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨适利达对复杂性青光眼的疗效。方法 观察20例33眼复杂性青光眼在适利达加入原有抗青光眼药物治疗后的眼压变化及副作用。结果 加用适利达前後的平均眼压分别为27.12±mmHg及20.09±4.90mmHg,眼压差为7.02±5.69mmHg,差别显著(P<0.001),降幅为25.88％;适利达降眼压效果的个体差异较大;付作用较少,但个别患者出现强烈刺激症状。结论(1)对复杂性青光眼,在原有药物治疗的同时加用适利达可进一步降低眼压;(2)适利达的降压作用存在较大个体差异;(3)除个别患者出现强烈刺激症状外,适利达的副作用轻微。Objective To investigate Latanprost's curative effect on complicated glaucoma. Methods 20 complicated glaucoma patients (33 eyes) were observed to determine IOP diversification between previous anti-glaucoma medicine and the same medicines added with Latanprost, side effects were observed at the same time. Results Averaged IOP was 27.12±5.47 and 20.09±4.90(mmHg) respectively before and after Latanpros was added afterwards; the difference was significant (7.02±5.690mmHg, 25.88%, P<0.001); IOP diversification by Latanprost had a greater individual difference; side effects were minimal, but remarkable stimulus had appeared in 1 case. Conclusions (1) Latanprost can decrease the IOP of complicated glaucoma from the base of using previous anti-glaucoma medicines further more; (2) curative effects showed a greater individual difference; (3) side effects were scarce and light except 1 case in which remarkable stimulus had appeared.
