摘　　要：目的 探讨一种治疗干性老年性黄斑变性的有效方法。方法 采用碘离子斥入法治疗干性老年性黄斑变性78例156眼,观察6-18个月。结果 有效11眼7.05％;显效46眼29.49％;治愈88眼56.41％;无效11眼7.05％;总有效率92.95％。本病病程越短疗效越显著,治愈率越高。随访6-18个月,未见复发。结论 碘离子斥入法治疗干性老年性黄斑变性,疗效安全可靠,方法简单,易于推广。Objective To search for an effective therapy for dry senile macular degeneration (SMD). Methods 78 cases (156 eyes) with dry SMD were given iodine ion repellent therapy and were followed up for 6-18 months. Results The overall effective rate was 92.95%. The earlier the disease was diagnosed, the more significantly the vision improvement, the higher the effective rate. There was no reoccurrence during the follow-up . Conclusion The new therapy is reliable; the results are satisfactory. The method is safe and simple.
