摘 要:目的 旨在比较二维超声心动图法 (2 DE)与多普勒超声心动图压力减半时法 (PHTM )估测二尖瓣口面积(MVA)的一致性。方法 正常被试者 1 0例 ,风湿性心脏病患者 1 0 3例 ,均接受 2 DE和多普勒超声心动图检查。结果 无论是正常对照抑或是风湿性心脏病患者 ,2 DE估测的MVA均较多普勒超声心动图PHTM大 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。In order to comparsion of the agreement of 2 dimensionaland Doppler echocardiography in the determination of mitral valve area. Methods 10 health controls and 103 patients with rheumatic heartdiseases were examined by 2 dimensional and Doppler echocardiography. Results The mitral valve area measured by 2 dimensional echocardio graphy, either health controls or patients with rehumatic heart diseases, was significantly larger than the one measured by pressure half timemethods of Doppler echocardiography. Conclusions There is markedly differences in determination ofmitral valve area between 2 dimensional and Doppler echocardiography.
