南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院空气微生物检测

摘　　要：目的　了解南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院环境空气微生物的卫生学状况。方法　采用自然沉降法连续监测 1 996～ 2 0 0 0年疗养院六个环境场所的空气菌落数 ,按奥氏 (Омелянский)公式计算每立方米空气菌落数 (cfu/m3)。结果　所测定的各场所的空气菌落数为 2 4～ 2 4 4cfu/m3,远低于国家 (GB1 5982 1 995)规定的各类环境的空气菌落数应≤ 50 0cfu/m3的标准 ,年间比较表明 ,随医疗环境的不断改善及管理措施的不断完善 ,空气菌落数逐年减少。结论　南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院具有良好的空气微生物的卫生学状况 ,与其所处优越的地理位置。Objective Objective to evaluat the hygienic condition in Gu Lang Yu Sanatorium of PLA with air microbiology. Methods According to the Омелянский's formula, the mumber of air bacterium colong unit (cfu/m 3) at six sites in Gu Lang Yu Sanatorium was regularly monitored with natural sedimentation method from 1996 to 2000. Results The data measured varied from 24 cfu/m 3 to 244 cfu/m 3, which is much lower than the national criteria, ≤500 cfu/m 3. The number of cfu/m 3 gradually decreased year by year. Conclusion Gu Lang Yu Sanatorium has a fine hygienic condition, which benefits from the agreeable geographical location, the good medical environment and the advanced hospital administration.
