Therapeutic Effects of Intracapsular Extraction of Hard Cataract through Sublittle Tunnel Incision

摘　　要：目的 :利用巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除Ⅳ级核和V级核白内障。方法 :对 1 55例 ( 1 6 0眼 )老年性、并发性白内障用巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除硬核白内障 ,植入人工晶体。结果 :裸眼视力术后第 1天为 0 .1～ 0 .6 ,平均 0 .3,≥ 0 .3者 6 8眼 ,占 42 .5%。术后 1周平均视力为 0 .6 ( 0 .3～ 1 .0 ) ,其中≥ 0 .5者 1 2 1眼 ,占 75.6 %。结论 :巩膜隧道亚大切口摘除硬核白内障是一种安全 ,效果良好的手术方法 ,适合在基层医院推广。Objective: To evaluate therapeutic effects of intracapsular extraction of hard cataract through sublittle tunnel incision. Methods:155 cases (160 eyes) of senile cataract and complicated cataract received the treatment of intracapsalar extraction. Intracular lens insertion through sublittle tunnel incision. Results: After the first day of operation naked vision was 0.3 or better in 42.5% of eyes;Naked vision after one week of operation was 0.5 or better in 75.6% of eyes. Conclusion: The intracapsular extraction of hard cataract through sublittle tunnel incision is safe and good, especially fits in the basic level hospital.
