摘　　要：在当前全球经济一体化的环境下 ,传统的企业生产模式已不能适应经济的发展。越来越多的国外企业准备采取虚拟企业的组织和生产方式。本文首先描述了虚拟企业的特点 ,以及对供应链管理的要求。然后讨论了传统的供应链管理的缺陷 ,提出了一种面向虚拟企业的供应链管理的结构 ,最后叙述了企业从实体企业向虚拟企业转化过程中需要根据不同的阶段实施不同的供应链管理。With the speed of integration of the global economy being faster, manufacture enterprises are confronted with the more serious competition than ever. The traditional product mode is not adapted to the economy growth. More and more firms are going to chosen the virtual corporation form. This paper first introduces the network fundamental of virtual corporation and then describes the role of supply chain management of it. Disadvantages of traditional SCM are also discussed. Then we present a model of SCM based on virtual corporation and describe its structure and characteristic in details. Finally we indicate that firms have to take five phases to achieve this model of SCM from real corporation to virtual corporation.
