增强石膏稻草刨花板耐水性的研究

摘　　要：针对石膏基植物刨花板不耐水、吸水后强度下降等缺点，选用ＮＰＬ乳液对板材进行改性。研究表明，填充ＮＰＬ乳液对提高板材的静曲强度，降低板材吸水率起了很大作用；作为涂层的ＮＰＬ乳液不仅对板材有增强作用，而且使板材２ｈ吸水率从１６．６７％降低到２．３３％。NPL latex was chosen to improve water resistant and wet-strength of gypsum particleboard. Two methods( ①mixing the NFL latex with straw particle ②coating finished board with NFL -12 and NPL- 28) were adopted respectively in experiments. The results of test showed two method could not only improve board static strength, but also decrease water absorption of the board, and water absorpiton of the board coated with NFL- 12 and NFL- 18 reduced to 2.33%.
