摘　　要：目的　探讨血管内皮生长因子受体VEGFR 2在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化LSAB法检测 84例获随访的儿童髓母细胞瘤中的VEGFR 2表达 ,按术后生存期 3、5、10年分为A、B、C三组。使用Cox回归统计分析。结果　 84例儿童髓母细胞瘤中 ,VEGFR 2阳性表达 74例 ( 88.0 9% ) ,A、B、C三组间VEGFR -2阳性表达分别为 10 0 % ,88.89% ,5 5 .33% ,(P <0 .0 1) ,Cox回归分析显示VEGFR 2是影响生存时间的一个独立的预后因子 ,它与预后存在负相关关系。结论　VEGFRObjective To study the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR 2) in medulloblastoma of children. Methods A total of 84 children with pathologically proved medulloblastoma and having sound radio chemotherapy and follow up after operation were subjected and divided into group A, B and C by their survival rate of 3, 5 and 10 years. The expression of VEGFR 2 in the 84 resected samples was studied with labelled strepatavilin biotin method (LSAB). The data were analyzed with Cox's proportional hazard regression model. Results The positive rate of VEGFR 2 expression was 88.09% in the 84 children, and 100%, 88.89% and 55.33% respectively in group A, B and C ( P <0.01). Cox regression analysis showed that VEGFR 2 was an independent prognostic factor affecting survival rate and had a negative correlation with the prognosis of medulloblastoma. Conclusion VEGFR 2 expression can be one of the predictors for the prognosis of children medulloblastoma.
