介入法配合造口术治疗巴氏腺囊肿和脓肿的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨介入法配合造口术治疗巴氏腺囊肿和脓肿的疗效。方法　对 137例病人随机分为两组 :介入法配合造口术组 (甲组 ) 6 9例 ;注射无水乙醇治疗组 (乙组 ) 6 8例 ,分别进行疗效观察。结果　甲组平均治愈时间短于乙组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;术后复发率甲组显著低于乙组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;甲组治愈率达 10 0 %。结论　介入法配合造口术治疗巴氏腺囊肿和脓肿是一种简单、有效的方法 ,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of interventional therapy and fistulization for Bartholin's gland cyst and abscess.137 patients were randomiy divided into In tevventional Therapy and Fistulization group groupA 69 cases and Injecting absolute alcohol group (group B 68 cases) to receive respective treatment .Results The avergae curative time of group A was significantly shorter than group B( P <0.01),while the relapse rate lower than group B( P <0.01). The curative rate of group A was 100%. Conclusions Interventional therapy and fistulization in treating Bartholin′s gland cyst and absless is a simple and etlective way and worthy of extending.
