摘　　要：目的　评价正颌外科手术矫治半侧颌骨肥大畸形的疗效。方法　 3 3例患者肥大侧髁突均予切除 ,其中 2 2例行上、下颌双颌手术矫治畸形 ,11例行下颌单颌手术矫治畸形。结果　 3 3例患者的面容和咬合功能均获得满意的矫治效果。结论　应用正颌外科技术可对半侧颌骨肥大畸形进行有效矫正。摆正平面、切除患侧肥大髁突对于获得良好的矫治效果、防止术后畸形复发是必要的。Objective Evaluate the surgical corrective result of hemimandibular hyperplasia. Methods33 patients were treated by orthognathic surgical procedures . The affected condyles of all patients were removed. Results T he surgical corrective result of all patients was satisfactory. Conclus ions The deformity can be properly corrected by orthognathic surgical p rocedures. In order to prevent the reoccurrence of the deformity and acquire go od corrective result, it is essential to remove the affected condyle and to para llel the occlusal canting.
