晚期胃癌联合化疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察晚期胃癌联合化疗的临床疗效。方法　联合应用HCPT +FUDR +CF +DDP治疗 5 4例均经病理检查确诊的晚期胃癌患者 ,2 8天为一周期。每个病历应用 2～ 6个周期。观察近期疗效及毒性。结果　近期疗效CR 2例 (3.70 % ) ,PR2 9例 (5 3.7% ) ,NC14例 (2 5 .9% ) ,PD 9例 (16 .6 % ) ,有效率CR +PR为 5 7.4 % ,毒副反应以胃肠道和骨髓抑制为主 ,经一般处理可耐受。结论　HCPT +CF/FUDR +DDP(HFP)方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效高于文献报道 ,值得进一步观察研究。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy in combination chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients with advanced gastric cancer received combination chemotherapy:hydroxy camptothecin(HCPT),fluorodeoxyuridine(FUDR),calcium folinate(CF),cisplatin(DDP),one cycle is twenty\|eight days.Every case received two to six cycles,observe clinical efficacy and toxicity. Results CR 2cases( 3.70% ),PR 29cases(53.7%),NC 14cases(25.9%),PD 9cases(16.6%).The overall effective rate(CR+PR)is 57.4%.The side effects were mild and could tolerance. Conclusion The response of the HCPT+CF/FUDR+DDP(HFP)regimen is higher than the reference reports,it is value to observe and research.
