摘　　要：目的　探讨脑出血时脑小动脉平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- SMA)表达与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法　应用免疫组化技术并结合计算机图像分析 ,检测人类高血压脑出血脑小动脉内 α- SMA的表达程度。结果　在脑出血组脑小动脉内 α- SMA的表达明显增加。结论　 α- SMA的表达可作为血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)激活的标志 ,它的出现标志着 VSMC被激活并处于增殖 /分泌表型。Objective To explore the relationship of α smooth muscle actin (α SMA) of cerebral small artery with arterosclerosis in human brain haemorrhage.Methods Immunohistochemical studies and computergraphy analysis were performed to detect α SMA expression of cerebral small artery of hypertension patients in human brain haemorrhage.Results α SMA expression of cerebral small artery was in creased in human brain haemorrhage.Conclusions α SMA expression is a good marker for activated vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC).It correlates with the proliferative/secretory state of activated VSMC.
