发展知识经济是产业结构优化升级的必然选择

摘　　要：大力发展高新技术产业 ,并用高新技术改造提升传统产业 ,实现产业结构的优化升级 ,无论对我国现实的还是未来的经济增长都具有十分重大的意义。我国产业结构的现状对我国国民经济的发展存在“滞后”效应 ,而知识经济对产业结构优化升级具有推动效应。建立国家知识基础结构、深化教育体制改革、加快科技创新步伐、充分调动人的积极性和创造性、实施有效的政策扶持是发展知识经济 。To develop new, high-tech industry and to transform and upgrade the traditional industries with high, new technology so as to realize the perfection and upgrading of industry structure are of great significance to the economic development both today and in the future. This paper looks into today's situation of the industry structure of China, realizing that it has a negative effect on our national economy. Based on this, this paper probes into the positive effect of knowledge on the perfection and upgrading of industry structure, and ends with some policy and advice as how to establish the knowledge basis structure of our country, how to deepen the reform of education systems and how to speed up technology innovation.
