摘　　要：市场经济体制下大学生的就业模式已由原有的统分统配转变为双向选择 ,自主择业 .但就业主体各方对此转变做出的反映尚缺乏一定的针对性 ,就业难的问题日益严重 .通过分析高等院校、毕业学生及用人单位3方对新形势下就业理念的调整及工作手段的更新 ,提出了新形势下做好大学生就业工作的方法途径、规范就业市场的运作机制。Under the system of market economy,the mode for graduates obtaining employment has been changed. The graduates can not accept this change at once. Many of them can not obtain employment easily. This paper advances ways and means to resolve this problem by analysing the universities,the graduates and the employers changing their conceptions and working methods to help the graduates obtain employment.
