摘  要:目前我国已通过了世界卫生组织 (WHO)西太平洋区关于中国无脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )的认证。但近几年在实验室监测中发现了为数不少的脊灰疫苗相关株病毒。经逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)、限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析 (RFLP)和核苷酸序列分析证实 ,在我国存在不同型别脊灰疫苗衍生株间的重组病毒 ,以及同一型别脊灰疫苗株病毒基因组核苷酸序列的差异。最近从江苏省 1996年和 1998年的急性弛缓性麻痹病例粪便标本中 ,各分离到 2株Ⅰ型脊灰病毒 ,经鉴定 ,这 4株病毒均为同源Ⅰ型脊灰疫苗的衍生株病毒。证明江苏省曾有Ⅰ型脊灰疫苗衍生株病毒在自然界循环。China has been legalized by World Health Organization as a polio-free country in the Western Pacific Region. However, in recent years,a number of polio vaccine associated viruses have been isolated from AFP cases in laboratory.Through analyses by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) and nuclcotide scquencing,it proved that there existed in our country the intertypic polio vaccine-derived recombinant viruses and also of single-type vaccine strain viruses with variant nucleotide sequences.In 1996 and 1998 in Jiangsu Province,we had isolated from stool specimens of AFP cases 4 strains of type Ⅰ poliovirus(2 from each year).These were all identified as type Ⅰ vaccine-derived polioviruses,indicating that type Ⅰ vaccine-derived poliovirus had once circulated in Jiangsu Province.
