摘　　要：目的:提高临床合理用药的水平,促进临床药学向更高层次发展。方法:举例、介绍、阐述系统思维方法及其整体性、动态性与最优化等原则对临床用药的指导作用。结果:系统思维方法有利于提高临床用药的科学性、准确性,保证用药的安全性、有效性和合理性。结论:临床医师和药师应学习运用系统思维方法。Objectives: To improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs and bring about a greater advance in clinical pharmacy. Method: Illustrate and expound the directive effect of a system thinking and its optimal principle on clinical rational use of drugs with examples. Results: The system thinking may improve the scientificalness and accuracy of clinical use of drugs and would make the administration of drugs safe, effective, and rational. Conclusion; All clinical doctors and pharmacists should study and apply the system thinking in their works.
