摘　　要：目的 :探讨Nd∶YAG激光治疗鼻中隔血管瘤的方法和疗效。方法 :在门诊选择 3 8例鼻中隔血管瘤病人 ,应用Nd∶YAG激光治疗机切除血管瘤。结果 :3 8例血管瘤均一次性彻底切除 ,治愈率 10 0 % ;术中出血少 ,不需鼻腔填塞 ;术后反应轻 ,创面愈合好 ,恢复快 ;随访 6～ 3 6个月 ,术后无肿瘤复发 ,无鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连等不良后遗症。结论Objective: To observe the effects of Nd∶YAG Laser treating capillary hemangioma in the nasal septum. Methods: Thirty eight outpatients with capillary hemangioma in the nasal septum were treated with Nd∶YAG Laser.All the cases were primarily healed. Results: Thirty eight cases were followed up for a period of 6～36 months. There was no recurrence in the patients. Conclusion: The advantages of Nd∶YAG Laser for the treatment of capillary hemangioma in the nasal septum include minimal damage to the adjacent normal tissues, minor sufferings of the patient ,high success rate and no complications.
