利用不同冷冻方法建立大鼠胚胎保种库的研究

摘　　要：采用程序冷冻、玻璃化冷冻和 OPS法对大鼠囊胚进行了冷冻保存 ,探讨了不同冷冻方法对胚胎存活率的影响 ,解冻后存活率分别为 82 .4 % ,76.9% ,85 .7% ;孵化率分别为 4 7.1 % ,4 6.1 % ,5 3 .6% .3种方法所得的囊胚存活率及孵化率均无显著差异 ,均可作为对大鼠囊胚进行冷冻保存的有效方法 。This study were conducted to using three different methods to cryopreserve the rat blastocysts,they were programming freezing, vitrification and OPS(Open Pulled Straw). And the effect of different methods on survival rate of frozen thawed embryo was discussed. The survival rates and hatching rates after frozen thawed were 82.4%,76.9%,85.7% and 47.1%,46.1%,\{53.6%\}.Respectively, there are no difference among three freezing protocols. The results show that all of the methods can be used to established embryo bank.
