摘　　要：为探讨TTV肝炎肝组织和细胞病理学的变化 ,对 1 0例单一TTV感染者的肝组织进行光镜和电镜观察。结果显示TTV感染可以引起肝细胞凋亡 。To explore the cytopathological changes of liver in patients with hepatitis TTV, the morphological observation was performed on 10 cases of liver biopsy from patients with hepatitis TTV(non A to non G) by using light and electron microscopy. It was shown that TTV infection may induce apoptosis of hepatocytes infiltration of lymphocytes and prolifiration of collagen fibers in between the hepatocytes.
