口腔扁平苔藓红细胞免疫功能的初步观察

摘　　要：对２０例口腔扁平苔藓患者进行了红细胞免疫功能的测定并与２０例健康人进行对照。结果显示：口腔扁平苔藓患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率明显低于正常对照组，而红细胞免疫复合物花环形成率明显高于正常对照组，提示在口腔扁平苔藓的发病过程中，红细胞免疫系统可能参与其中并起了一定的作用。In this study,red blood cell (RBC) immune function of 20 patients with oral lichen planus (OLP) was detected and compared with that of 20 normal people.The results showed that the rosette rate of RBC C3b receptor in patients with OLP was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the rosette rate of RBC immune complex was significantly higher than that in the control group.The results suggest that the change of the RBC immune system may take part and play a certain role in the pathogenic process of OLP.
