重肾双输尿管畸形11例临床分析

摘　　要：为提高临床医师对重肾双输尿管畸形的认识，对１１例重肾双输尿管患者进行了临床分析。结果表明，本病在临床上主要以反复发作的尿路感染为突出表现，静脉肾盂造影检查对本病有确诊价值，提示对反复尿路感染者应警惕本病可能并及时行有关检查。In order to enrich the physicians knowledge about the malformation of double kidney with duplicate ureters,11 cases were analyzed.The results showed that the prominent clinical manifestations in patients with double kidney and duplicate ureters were repeated infection of urinary tract.Intravenous pyelography was valuable for accurate diagnosis.It is suggested that patients with repeated infections of urinary tract should be warned of this malformation and relevant tests ought to be done.
