摘  要:目的 探讨以LAK细胞联合活化胸腺细胞(ETC)行瘤腔内移植治疗大鼠脑胶质瘤的效果。方法 进行LAK细胞、活化ETC体外杀瘤细胞活性比较,观察联合移植对荷瘤大鼠的作用。结果 联合移植组大鼠的生存期显著延长;电镜观察瘤细胞空泡变性,胶质细胞增生;与对照组相比CD4,CD4/CD8均升高(P<0.01),CD8降低,胸腺不发生萎缩与凋亡。结论 联合移植对脑胶质瘤有治疗作用并且对荷瘤大鼠的免疫功能具有明显的改善作用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined transplantation of LAK cells and activated embryo thymocytes (ETC) into the intra- tumoral cavity on gliomas in rats. Methods Firstly, the killing glioma cells activity of LAK cells was compared with that of activated ETC in vitro, then curative effect of the combined transplantation of LAK+ETC cells on the gliomas was observed in the rats. Results The rats in the combined transplantation group had a significantly longer survival period and vacuolar degenereation of glioma cells and proliferation of gliocytes were observed under the electronic microscope. In comparism with the control group, increase in CD4, CD4/CD8 was noted while the CD8 was decreased (P<0.01), there were no atrophy or apoptosis in thymus in the combined trensplantation group. Conclusions Combined transplantation of LAK and activated ETC have good curative effect on cerebral gliomas and can significantly improve the immune function in rats with gliomas.
