摘  要:用同工酶谱法发现中华乌塘鳢Bostrichthy sinensis四个群体的遗传变异水平很低,在所检测的30个基因座位中,多态座位比例只有0—10%,平均杂合度仅为0.2—0.5%,物种的平均杂合度为0.33±0.10%。四个群体共享常见的等位基因。虽然其中三个群体拥有特有的等位基因,但其基因频率都未超过5%。四个群体的Nei氏遗传距只有1.68—12.13×10^(-5)。据分析,近交可能是遗传变异水平低和形态特征分化差的主要原因。种苗生产上应注意广泛采集不同地理群体的鱼作亲鱼,以丰富养殖群体的基因库。Levels of genetic variation in Bostrichthy sinensis Lecepede have been determined electrophoretically and compared for a total of 244 individuals in four populations,including Nianshan of Weidong county,Xi-xiang of Baoan county, Xinxu and Minan of Zhanjiang.They are found to have very little genetic variation either within or between populations. Of the 30 loci examined, the proportions that are polymorphic within a population range from 0 to 10%. Average proportions of heterozygous individuals per locus only range from 0.2% to 0.5% with a ' mean of 0.33% over populations. Four populations share all common alleles. There are several special rare alleles in three populations, including Pgi-296,Pgi-396 and Pt-1104 in Nianshan, Lap96 and Est-498 in Xixiang,as well as Xrd96 in Xinxu. However, the frequencies of these rare alleles are less than 0.05.Genetic distance between populations range from 1.68×10-5 to 12.13×10-6. Results suggest that the dispersal ability in Bostrichthy sinensis is limited and inbreeding might.be the major cause for lacking genetic variation and morphological differentiation. Therefore, selective breeding within local population is invalid. In order to enrich the gene pools of cultivated population and provide the material base for future selective breedign, brood stock for the production of seedling should consist of individuals collected from different localities as many as possble.
