囊性肾癌的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的 :分析囊性肾癌的CT表现 ,旨在提高术前正确诊断率。方法 :复习 11例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌的CT表现 ,并与手术病理对照。结果 :肿瘤位于左肾 8例 ,右肾 3例 ;肿瘤与肾脏构成“8”字形 7例 ;单囊 9例 ,多囊 2例 ;囊壁厚薄不均 8例 ,伴壁结节 7例 ;囊内见片状物 6例 ;11例肿瘤实性成份均有中度以上强化 ,肿块超出钙化之外 4例。结论 :囊性肾癌的CT表现有一定特征性。Objective:To analyze the CT characteristics of cystic carcinoma of kidney.Methods:CT findings of cystic carcinoma in 11 patients proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed.And those were correlated with the results of operation and pathology .Results:The tumor was located in right kidney in 3 cases and left kidney in 5 cases. The tumor with kidney formed 8 shape in 7 cases. The cystic carcinoma showed single cystic cavity in 9 cases,multiple cystic cavities in 2,uneven cystic wall in 8,and mural nodule in the cavity in 7; 'patchy shadow' in the cavity in 6.The solid part of the tumor in all the 11 cases was enhanced moderately or strongly. Calcification inside the tumor was seen in 4 cases.Conclusion:Cystic carcinoma of kidney has certain CT characteristics.CT can play an important role in diagnosis.
