摘　　要：建立完善的企业产权市场是推进国有企业产权制度改革的一个重要途径．在我国当前产权 市场改革中．无论市场的外部环境如何变化，只要对市场组织系统中三大基本要素地位功能定位．做到 对交易主体认真管理．交易客体严格规范，交易中介积极引导．即可解决新形势下产权市场中的许多问 题，建立规范有序的产权市场。Building a nice enterprise property market is an important method for pushing forward the reform of nationa enterprise property market. No matter how outside situations are changing,as long as locating its three basic functional elements in the market organizational system managing well the trade dealers with a strict standard law well guided by the go-betweens, many problems can be solve in the fresh situation in the enterprise property market and thus a well organized standard marke wil come int being .
