摘　　要：介绍磁稳流化床作为一种集成分离技术 ,具有集流化床和固定床的优点于一身 ,床层空隙率高、压降小、柱效高 ,可从粗料液中直接吸附目标产物 ,从而节省预处理过程。磁稳流化床的操作条件温和 ,对生物活性影响小 。As an integrated separation method,magnetically stabilized fluidized bed (MSFB) combines the advantages of fluidized and packed beds in terms of high voidage, low back-pressure and high column efficiency.So the technique can be employed to process crude biological feedstocks,reducing the step number of a separation process.The MSFB is operated under mild conditions,thus giving little negative effect on the biological activity of desired products.Therefore,the technique has a wide potential application in bioseparations.
