榄香烯乳加联合化疗治疗难治性急性非淋巴细胞白血病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗难治性急性非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANL L )的疗效。方法 :将 2 8例ANL L患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组使用榄香烯乳 30 0 m g加入 5 % GS 5 0 0 ml中静脉滴注 ,持续用药14d,同时加联合化疗 :高三尖杉酯碱 4～ 6 mg静脉滴注 ,持续 7d,阿糖胞苷 10 0～ 2 0 0 mg/ m2 ,第 1～ 7天 ;对照组单用化疗 ,方案用量用法同治疗组。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 75 .0 % ,对照组总有效率为 41.7% ,两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :榄香烯乳对难治性 ANL L 有肯定疗效 ,比单用联合化疗效果好 ,且不良反应少 ,无血常规和骨髓抑制。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Emulsion Elemeni (Lx) in combination with chemotherapy for refractory acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Method:Twenty eight patients were randomized into two groups.Sixteen cases were treated with Lx 300 mg/day intravenous drip for 14 days,and simultaneously with combination chemotherapy(Arac 100～200 mg/m 2/d for 1～7 days;Homoharringtonin 4～6 mg/d for 7 days).The other 12 cases were treated with chemotherapy alone. The dosage and schedule of chemotherapy were the same for the two groups.Result:16 patients achieved CR,2PR,4NR.The response rates of the Lx plus chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group were 75% (12/16), 33.3 %(4/12) repectively(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:The reponse to Lx plus chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory ANLL is superior to that of chemotherapy alone.Lx entails no bone marrow depression and its side effect is slight.
