摘　　要：目的　探讨氩离子激光对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (中浆 )的治疗效果。方法　对 736例 (80 2只眼 )的中浆病人行氩激光治疗 ,根据眼底荧光造影检查 ,单点渗漏 6 76只眼 (84.3% ) ,多点渗漏 10 1只眼(12 .6 % ) ,色素上皮脱离 2 5只眼 (3.1% )。结果　 80 2只眼均达到临床治愈 ,其中激光一次治愈的 75 5只眼(94.1% ) ,二次治愈的 47只眼 (5 .9% )。结论　氩激光对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的治疗是目前最安全、有效的方法之一。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR) with argon laser.Methods 802 eyes of 736 patients with CSCR were treated by argon laser.Based on fundus fluorescence angiography,they were divided into three groups:676 eyes with one point of fluorescence leakage,101 eyes with two or more points and 25 eyes with pigment epithelial detahment.Results All of them were cured clinically.755 eyes were recovered only by once treatment,and 47 eyes by twice treatment.Conclusion The argon laser treatment of CSCR is one of the best safe and effective ways at present.
