摘　　要：目的　报告 6例眼眶原发低度恶性粘膜相关淋巴瘤 (MALToma)术后放射治疗的结果。复习有关文献 ,探讨眼眶原发低度恶性粘膜相关淋巴瘤的病理诊断及临床特点和放射治疗的作用。方法　对 6例患者行术后放射治疗 ,6MVX线或 12～ 16MeVβ线 ,单一前野 +侧野照射 ,DT45～ 5 5Gy ,常规分割。 结果　放疗后患者无眼损伤及并发症。局部控制良好。结论　眼眶低度恶性粘膜相关淋巴瘤是非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的一个亚型 ,有自身的临床病理特征 ,应及时确诊 ,局部放射治疗是有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the postoperative radiotherapy results of the 6 cases of the low grade malignant B lymphocytes mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALToma) of primary orbit and to discuss the pathological criteria, clinical characteristic and the role of radiotherapy by reviewing the related literature Methods 6 cases received postoperative irradiation. The postoperative irradiation was conducted by 6MVX ray or 12～16MeVβ ray with daily 2Gy, five times a week to a total of 45～55Gy. Results Local control rate was 100% and acute side effects were slight. Conclusion Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALToma) is a subtype of non Hodgkin′s lymphoma with special clinicopathologic features. The pathological diagnosis of MALToma of primary orbit should be early. The effect of radiotherapy on this disease is active.
