食管癌食管气管瘘一期切除气管成形术临床探讨(附7例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管癌食管气管瘘一期切除气管成形术的临床价值。方法　总结分析我院近 1年来手术治疗7例食管癌食管气管瘘的临床资料。结果　本组 7例 ,一期切除率 10 0 % ,气管修补成形全部成功 ,均痊愈出院 ,饮食正常 ,无呼吸道感染。最长 1例已生存 10个月 ,可做一般体力劳动。结论　食管癌食管气管瘘一期切除气管成形术是目前治疗本病最积极有效的方法 ;掌握好适应证 ,加强围手术期观察和治疗 ,是安全可行的 ,可提高患者生存质量 ,延长生存期。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of primary resection and tracheoplasty on esophageal carcinoma with esophago tracheal fistula.Methods The effect of surgical therapy in 7 cases of esophageal carcinoma with esophago tracheal fistula from November 1999 to September 2000 were analysed.Results The successful rate of this method was 100% in 7 cases.All patients were discharged from hospital with normal eating and without respiratory infection after full clinical recovery.One patient had already lived for 10 months with normal physical ability.Conclusion Primary resection and tracheoplasty is the most effective therapy for esophageal carcinoma with esophago tracheal fistula,which is feasible,safe and can improve life quality and survival period.
