功能性消化不良与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系研究

摘　　要：目的　检测功能性消化不良 (FD)病人幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染情况 ,探讨HP感染与FD的关系。方法　对 137例FD患者及 5 6例正常对照组行快速尿素酶检测 ,Warthin Starry银染及 (或 ) 14 C呼气试验 ,对FD并HP感染病人行抗HP治疗 ,以症状积分比较症状改善情况及总有效率。结果　 1 FD病人HP感染率为 67 15 %。 2 经抗HP治疗FD患者症状明显改善。结论　HP感染可能是FD的一个致病因素 。Aim To investigate the incidence of helicobacter pylori(HP) in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) and relationship between HP infection and FD.Methods One hundred and thirty seven cases of FD patients and 56 controls were studied by rapid urease tests,Warthin starry stain,as well as(or) Carbon 14 urea breath test.Symptom scores were compared in FD patients with HP infection before and after treatment,effective rates were also compared between FD patients with HP positive and negative.Results 1.The infection incidence of HP in FD patients was 67.15%.2.The symptom score significantly reduced in patients with HP positive,and all symptom were improved after treatment.Conclusion The findings of this study suggest that HP infection may play a pathogentic role in FD,treatment to HP infection is a main way for FD patients.
