乳腺癌nm23-H_1、CD44v基因蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘  要:目的研究乳腺癌组织中nm2 3 H1和CD44v基因蛋白表达量与肿瘤腋下淋巴结转移等多个临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用流式细胞术对 6 0例乳腺癌组织中的nm2 3 H1和CD44v基因蛋白表达进行定量研究。结果nm2 3 H1基因蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率为 2 1.7% (13/ 6 0 ) ,nm2 3 H1蛋白表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期和腋淋巴结转移呈负相关。CD44v在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率为 6 1.7% (37/ 6 0 ) ,CD44v蛋白表达与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、临床分期和腋淋巴结转移呈正相关性。结论CD44v和nm2 3 H1基因在乳腺癌的侵袭和淋巴结转移过程中发挥正、负性调控作用 ,对判断乳腺癌预后有一定临床意义。ObjectiveTo study the content of nm23 H 1,CD44v protein expression and its correlation with lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological characteristics in primary breast cancer(PBC).Methodsnm23 H 1,CD44v protein expression in 60 cases of PBC was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry. ResultsThe positive expression rate of nm23 H 1 was 21.7 % (13/60) in 60 PBC. nm23 H 1 expression in PBC was negatively correlated with tumor size,clinical stage and axillary lymph node me tastasis. The positive expression rate of CD44v was 61.7 % (37/60) in 60 PBC.CD44v expression in PBC was positively correlated with histological grade, tumor size, clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastasis.ConclusionCD44v and nm23 H 1 gene respectively play positive and negative role in lymph node metastasis and invasion in PBC. Their expression may be an useful indication for prognosis of PBC.
