摘 要:本文旨在探讨餐后胃电活动 (EGG)变化的可能机制 ,实验模拟狗进餐后胃的运动生理变化。先记录狗空腹基础状态体表胃电 30min ,然后胃内灌注水使胃扩张 ,并静脉注射阿托品阻断胃收缩或红霉素激发胃收缩 ,分别记录体表胃电活动 30min。结果表明 :狗基础状态胃电主频率为 4 2~ 5 1counts/min ;液体胃扩张后EGG功率 (振幅 )明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;阿托品不影响胃扩张所引起的EGG变化 ;红霉素则使EGG功率更进一步增加 (P <0 0 1) ,主功率不稳定系数也增加。结果证明进餐后EGG功率增加与胃收缩增强和胃扩张使胃接近体表记录电极均有关。提示在临床上选择试餐时 ,在保证一定能量基础上 ,试餐的容量尽可能减少 ,以降低胃扩张对EGG的影响 ,EGG可能更好地反应胃收缩的信息。To simulate postprandial motitlity in dogs in order to explore the mechanism of gastric myoelectrical activity after meal. The cutaneous electrogastrogram (EGG) was recorded for 30 min as baseline, and during gastric water distention with iv atropine to inhibit gastric contractions or with erythromycin to induce gastric contractions. The results showed that the dominant frequency of EGG in baseline in dogs was 4.2-5.1cpm; amplitude (power) of EGG significantly increased after gastric distension as compared to baseline( P <0.05, n=6); no effect of atropine pretreatment on EGG parameters during gastric water distention occurred; and amplitude (power) and dominant power instability coefficient of EGG induced by iv erythromycin increased obviously when compared to the gastric distention control ( P <0.05, n=6). The results demonstrated that the power increase in EGG after meal is related to the increases of gastric contractions and the gastric distension bringing the stomach closer to the electrodes on the abdominal skin surface.It suggested that the test meal with sufficient calorie but low volume which distends stomach a little, make it better for EGG to provide more information about gastric motility in humans.
