摘  要:目的 :了解nm2 3 H1基因的表达与多发肝癌临床病理和预后的关系。方法 :30例多发性肝癌选自日本山梨医科大学第一外科的手术病例。组织切片按常规免疫组织化学ABC法染色。结果 :13例为阳性染色 ,17例为阴性染色。两染色组之间 ,肿瘤大小 包膜形成及浸润 侵及浆膜 肝内血管和胆管以及分化程度等方面没有显著性差异。两组相比有显著性差异的是阴性组的肝癌占据肝两叶者常见 (70 .6 % ) ,肝内转移癌居多 (76 .5 % ) ,3年生存率较低 (18.7% )。结论 :nm2 3Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between the expression of gene nm23 H1 and prognosis, clinicopathology of patients with multiple hepatocellular carcinoma(HCCs). Methods: Thirty cases of multiple HCCs were selected from the First Department of Surgery, Yamanashi Medical University, in Japan. The tumors in all patients were macroscopically resected. The paraffin sections were stained with ABC method of immunohistochemistry. Results: Thirteen cases were positive and 17 cases were negative staining. The difference between negative and positive staining groups was not statistically significant in tumor size, capsule formation,capsule invasion,serosal infiltration, vascular invasion, bile duct invasion and cell differentiation as classified by Edmondson. Negative staining group had higher incidence of Stage IVA(P<0.01), intrahepatic metastasis(P<0.025) and worse prognosis of patients with multiple HCCs (P<0.025)than positive staining group. Conclusion: The expression of nm23 H1 may play an important role in calculation of malignant degree and prognosis of patients with multiple HCCs.
