摘　　要：目的　探讨乳腺癌组织中组织蛋白酶 D(Cath- D)活性变化对乳腺癌的预后价值。　方法　检测 6 7例乳腺癌样本 (其中淋巴结阴性 37例 ,淋巴结阳性 30例 )及 32例乳腺良性病变样本中 Cath- D的活性 ,研究其预后价值。　结果　 (1)乳腺癌样本中的 Cath- D的活性明显高于乳腺良性病变样本及正常组织样本 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 ) 6 7例乳腺癌样本中 ,淋巴结阳性样本中的 Cath- D的活性明显高于淋巴结阴性者 (P<0 .0 5 )。 (3) Cath- D的活性与肿瘤大小 (P<0 .0 5 )、组织学分级 (P<0 .0 5 )、按预后好坏的组织学分型 (P<0 .0 1)等病理指标有密切相关。　结论　Cath-Objective\ To investigate the prognostic value of cathepsin\|D(Cath\|D) activity change in tumor tissue of breast cancer.\ Methods\ Determination of the Cath\|D activity in 67 cases of breast cancer(37 cases of node\|negative breast cancer, 30 cases node\|positive breast cancer) and 32 cases of breast benign disease.\ Results\ (1) The activity of Cath\|D in breast carcinoma was higher than that of breast benign disease or normal breast tissue(P<0.01).\ (2)In 67 cases of breast carcinoma, the activity of Cath\|D in node\|positive breast cancer was higher than that of node\|negative cancer(P<0.05).\ (3)The activity of Cath\|D was correlated with tumor size(P<0.05), histological grading(P<0.05) and histological typing(P<0.01).\ Conclusion\ Detemination of Cath\|D might be of clinical significance for judgement of prognosis in breast cancer.\;
