摘  要:氟胺氰菊酯是一种用于蜜蜂的高效杀螨剂。从 2 0 %商品氟胺氰菊酯粉剂中通过硅胶柱层析分离得到了 96 .6 %的纯品并用FTIR和GC MS进行定性定量测定。采用GC MS定量分析的方法 ,氟胺氰菊酯的浓度在 0 .0 5~ 10mg L范围为线性响应 ,最低检测极限为 0 .0 1mg L。采用R(- )N 3 ,5 二硝基苯甲酰 苯基甘氨酸和长链烃的硅胶微粒手性柱 ,可成功地分离氟胺氰菊酯的二种旋光异构体 ,它们在商品氟胺氰菊酯中的比例近似为The tau-fluvalinate is one kind of high efficient acaricides for honeybee. The sample to be tested was first extracted from a wettable power of 20% tau-fluvalinate and separated by column with silica gel. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of tau-fluvalinate were carried out by Fourier transform infrared and gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The quantitative method run by GC/MS is a linear response, when the concentration of tau-fluvalinate ranges from 0.05 similar to 10 mg/L. The lowest detectable is of 0.01 mg/L. The two optical isomers which are active and components in the tau-fluvalinate were identified by high performance liquid chromatography with chiral column, R (-) N- (3, 5-dinitrobenzoyl-phenylglycine) and long chain hydrocarbon bonded with microporous silica gel. It is necessary to indicate the ratio of the two optical isomers for effective acaricide that is available in the market, is approximately 1:1.
