摘　　要：目的:探讨 EGF- R(C- erb B- 1)和 C- erb B- 2在前列腺癌 (PCa)中的表达及其相关性。方法 :采用免疫组化 ABC法 ,分别对 2 9例前列腺癌患者进行了 EGF- R(C- erb B- 1)和 C- erb B- 2表达的研究。结果 :2 9例前列腺癌患者 ,EGF- R表达仅有 5例阳性 (17.2 % ,5 / 2 9) ,C- erb B- 2阳性表达有 13例 (4 4.8% ,13/ 2 9) ,阳性表达率之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;EGF- R阳性表达与肿瘤的临床分期及病理分级无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而同时 C- erb B- 2的阳性表达与肿瘤的分期、分级有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :EGF- R表达与前列腺癌的临床分期和分级可能无关 ,而 C- erb B- 2表达与前列癌的临床分期和分级等因素可能有关。Objective: To study the relationship of the expression of EGF-R(C-erbB-1) and C-erbB-2 in prostate carcinoma (PCa). Methods: By means of immunohistochemical ABC method, we studied 29 cases of prostate carcinoma. Results: Staining for EGF-R was found in five of 29 PCa (17.2%), and this tissue in PCa was stained positiviely for C-erbB-2 in 44.8% (13/29). The expression of EGF-R and C-erbB-2 in PCa showed significant meaning (P<0.05) and no significant relationship was observed between tumor stage, grade and expression of EGF-R. Significant statistical meaning was observed between tumor stage, grade and expression of C-erbB-2. Conclusions: These findings demonstrated that the EGF-R expression might not associate with tumor stage and grade, but the C-erbB-2 expression might associate with other features of prognostic importance such as stage or grade.
