摘　　要：目的 :探讨恶性脑胶质瘤术后嘧啶亚硝脲 (ACNU)间质化疗联合同步放疗的临床疗效。方法 :对 68例手术后恶性脑胶质瘤患者分成两组继续治疗 :A组 ( 38例 )行ACNU间质化疗联合同步放疗 ;B组 ( 30例 )行单纯放疗以作对照。所有病例均进行随访 ,近期效果用CT扫描比较。结果 :A组有效率 ( 86 8% )及 1、2、3a生存率 ( 92 1%、68 4%、5 0 0 % )明显高于B组 ( 2 6 6%及 5 0 0 %、16 6%、10 0 % ) (P <0 0 1)。两组均无明显毒副反应。结论 :恶性脑胶质瘤术后ACNU间质化疗联合同步放疗是一个安全有效的较佳选择治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the effect of postoperative ACNU interstitial chemotherapy concurrent with radiotherapy for malignant gliomas.Methods Sixty eight patients with malignant gliomas who underwent surgical resections were classified into 2 groups.Group A (n=38) received ACNU interstitial chemotherapy concurrent with radiotherapy.Group B (n=30) received radiotherapy only as control group.The follow up of all 68 patients was made.CT scanning was used for comparing the effect.Results The effective rate (86.8%) and the 1,2,3 year's survival rates (92.1%,68.4%,50.0%) ingroup A were significantly higher than those of group B(26.6% and 50.0%,16.6%,10.0%)( P <0 01).Severe toxicity and adverse effects had not occurred. Conclusions Postoperative ACNU interstitial chemotherapy concurrent with radiotherapy for malignant gliomas is a safe,effective and alternative therapeutic plan.
