摘　　要：目的 :了解儿童青少年焦虑障碍在中小学生中的患病率、年龄分布、相关危险因素。方法 :采取分层、随机、整群抽样的方法 ,使用与DSM Ⅳ配套的儿童青少年焦虑障碍半定量症状诊断量表 ,进行他评和自评 ,筛出的阳性患者 ,经两名主治医师确诊。使用自行编制的相关因素调查表进行调查。结果 :中小学儿童青少年焦虑障碍患病率为 14.2 2 %。与父母精神疾患 ,母孕期感冒、发热、毒物放射线接触、精神创伤、难产、儿童脑外伤等有关。结论 :儿童青少年焦虑障碍是影响儿童青少年身心健康的主要疾病。加强母孕期保健 ,优生优育 ,对预防儿童青少年焦虑障碍有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the occurrence rate,distribution of age and relative factors for anxiety disorders in children and adolescents in school.Methods:Two thousand two hundred and eighty six randomly chosen subjects were examined by DSM Ⅳ diagnostic standard for children and those with a positive result were confirmed by doctors.A self made draft was applied to find out the relative factors.Results:The occurrence rate of anxiety disorder in children and adolescents was 14.22%.The major risk factors included genetic psychoses,common cold,high fever,contact with poison or radiation,mental hurt in pregnancy,difficult delivery and brain trauma et al.Conclusions:Anxiety disorder is a major mental illness affecting the physical and psychological health of children and adolescents.It should pay more attention to the health care of women in pregnancy to prevent the occurrence of anxiety disorder in children and adolescents.
