摘  要:目的 测定注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)患儿T淋巴细胞亚群和白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)、6 (IL 6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)水平 ,探讨ADHD与免疫的关系。方法 ADHD组 :30例 7~ 13岁符合DSM -ⅣADHD诊断标准的男性儿童 ;对照组 :2 2例同龄的正常健康男性儿童 ,收集外周血测定T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子水平。结果 ADHD组CD3+ 和CD8+ 细胞数较对照组降低 ;ADHD组血清IL 1β水平高于对照组 ,而TNF α低于对照组 ;TNF α水平与儿童行为量表 (CBCL)中注意问题、外向性行为问题及划销测验失误率呈负相关 ,IL 1β与划销测验失误率呈正相关。结论 ADHD存在着Ts细胞功能的低下 ;ADHDIL 1β的增高和TNF α的降低可能与ADHD的神经发育异常有关 ;TNF可能作为ADHD遗传的一个候选基因 ;TNFObjective\ To assess the T-cell subpopulations,IL 1β,IL 6 and TNF α and study the relationship between ADHD and immunization.Methods\ Thirty boys aged 7~13 met DSM-Ⅳ criteria of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were recruited as ADHD group,and 22 healthy boys aged 7~13 were recruited as control group.Blood samples were collected for assessment ofT cell subpopulations and cytokines.Results\ Com-pared with the control group,the numbers of CD3 + and CD8 + cells of ADHD group decreased.The serum levels of IL 1β of ADHD group elevated,but the levels of TNF α of ADHD decreased.Moreover,the levels of TNF α were correlated negatively with attention problem and externalized behavior problem in scales of CBCL and the errors ration of cancellation test.The levels of IL 1β was correlated positively with errors ration of cancellation test.Conclusions\ ADHD shows increased levels of IL 1β and the decreased levels of TNF α,which may be related with the neurodevelop mental disorder of ADHD.TNF may be regarded as a candidating gene of ADHD inheritance.The decreased levels of TNF α may be the marks of externalized behavior problem of ADHD.
