摘　　要：目的　观察采用肌替代术治疗股四头肌瘫痪的效果。　方法　 6 0例因脊髓灰质炎后遗股四头肌瘫痪患者 ,采用不同术式的肌肉替代转移重建股四头肌功能。　结果　经追踪随访 ,有效者 5 6例 (占 93 %) ,无效者 4例 (占7%)。　结论　股二头肌 -半腱肌代股四头肌术效果最好。对下肢广泛而严重肌瘫痪的病例 ,在无肌肉可替代的情况下 。Objective To observe the effect of the muscle replacement therapy for paralysis of the guadriceps femoris. Methods 60 cases with paralysis of the guadriceps femoris in sequelae of poliomyelitis were assessed after muscle replacement by different operative procedures. Results By following up study, 56 cases had good results, the effective rate was 93%,4 cases had poor results. Conclusion The operative method in which the biceps muscle semitendinous muscle are transferred to replace the guadriceps femoris has a good effect; while for patient suffered from extensive and serious paralysis of the guadriceps femoris, especially when the lower extermity was involved, replacememt by carbonic fibers is available.
