摘 要:[目的]了解某市生活饮用水及源水中有机浓集物的致突变性。[方法]气相色谱固定相GDX—102吸附水中有机物,Ames(艾姆氏)实验检测致突变性。[结果]深层地下水获阴性结果;水库水在较高剂量时可疑存在碱基置换型直接致突变性,枯水期比丰水期突变性强,差异有显著性;以水库水为源水的自来水可疑存在移码型直接致突变性,存在碱基置换型直接致突变性,且枯水期较丰水期强;以深层地下水为源水的自来水在较高剂量时可疑存在移码型和碱基置换型间接致突变性,枯水期丰水期差异无显著性;自来水较源水突变性强。[结论]某市自来水及源水存在不同程度及不同类型的致突变性。[Objective] To explore the mutation character of organic concentrates in tap water and original water in H city. [Methods] Organic substances in the water were absorbed by gas chromatography stationary phase GDX - 102. The mutation character was tested by Ames experiment. [Results] Negative result of mutation character was obtained from under- ground water. In large dose of reservoir water, there was suspectable base - replacement type direct mutation character. The mutation character in water deficiency phase was significantly higher than that in water abundance phase. In tap water from reservoir, there was suspectable frame - shift type direct mutation character and there was base - replacement type direct mutation character. In large - dose tap water from underground, there was suspectable frame shift type mutation character and base - replacement type indirect mutation character. There were no significantly different mutation characters between water deficiency phase and abundance phase. The mutation character in tap water is stronger than that in original water. [ Conclusions ] There were different degrees and types of mutation character in tap water and original water.
