摘　　要：[目的]探讨对24h动态脑电监测病人的护理经验。[方法]对787例癫痫病人的护理过程进行回顾性分析。[结果]监测期病人出现临床发作,电极脱落或松动,不合作是影响监测质量的关键。[结论]加强病人的管理,密切观察病情变化,预防各类事件发生,有助于提高脑电监测的成功率。[Objective] To discuss nursing experience on epilepsy patients with 24 - hr ARRG monitoring. [Methods] A retrospective analysis was made on the nursing process on 787 epilepsy patients. [Results] Epilepsy flared out during monitoring which caused the coming off of the electrode. [ Conclusions ] In order to improve the success rate of AEEG monitoring, we must strengthen management on patients, closely examine the patients' status and prevent all kinds of accidents.
