摘　　要：目的:评价丽珠胃三联与含H_2RA或PPI的四联疗法对H.pylori阳性的消化性溃疡及胃炎的Hp根除率及疗效。方法:采用多中心随机对照临床试验法,将H.pylori阳性的十二指肠球溃疡及胃炎病人随机分为A_1,B_1,C_1,A_2,B_2,C_2组。C组:丽珠胃三联,4片,每日2次。B组:丽珠胃三联,4片,Tagamet 400mg,均每日2次。A组;丽珠胃三联,4片,Losec zomg,均每日2次。A_1,B_1,C_1组疗程为1周,A_2,B_2,C_2组疗程为2周。结果:120例H.pylori阳性的消化性溃疡及胃炎病人,经含H_2PA或PPI的四联疗法、三联与四联疗法,1周与2周疗法治疗后H.pylori根除率、溃疡的愈合率、胃炎的显效率均无统计学差异。结论:三联,一周疗法费用低,病人依从性好,为根除H.pylori的理想治疗方案。Purpose: To evaluate the H.pylori positive peptic ulcer and gastritis' s eradication rate and it's effect by the four joint therapy of LIVZON' s three kinds of gastric medicine and H2RA or PPI.Methods: We use multicenter, random and contrast clinical test method, we randomly divided H.pylori positive deodenal ulcer and gastritis patients into A1,B1,C1,A2, B2, and C2 group. The medicine for group C are: LIVZON three kind of gastric medicine, four pilis, twice a day; the medicine for Group B are: LIVZON' s three kinds gastric medicine, four pilis, Tagamet. 400mg, twice a day; The medicine for group A are: LIVZON's three kind of gastric medicine, four pilis, Losec, 20mg, twice a day. The time for group A1,B1, and C. is one week. The time for group A2,B2, and C, is two weeks. Results: There is no statistical difference the H.pylori eradication rate, peptic ulcer cure rate, gastritis patients effect among the 120 H.pylori positive peptic ulcer and gastritis patients by the four joint therapy and H2RA or PPI, and triple therapies and the four joint therapy after a week and two weeks treatment.Conclusion: Triple therapies a week s treatment is inexpensive. The patients cooperate well, the therapy is an ideal therapy for H.pylori s eradication.
