摘 要:目的 探讨回肠集合淋巴小结 (Peyer’spatches ,PP)在抗原诱导下的粘膜免疫应答中的形态特征。方法 采用免疫组织化学和电镜方法 ,观察BALB/c小鼠灌服伤寒杆菌后PP和淋巴细胞的组织学特征。结果 光镜下可见灌服伤寒杆菌后PP和淋巴小结数目明显增多 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1) ,生发中心增生活跃。电镜下生发中心和旁小结区可见许多巨噬细胞淋巴细胞群和树突状细胞淋巴细胞群 ,免疫组织化学方法证实巨噬细胞和树突状细胞周围的淋巴细胞多为CD4 和CD8细胞 ,以CD4 细胞为多。结论 伤寒杆菌可诱导小鼠回肠集合淋巴小结的免疫应答 。Objective To study the morphological characterizations of Peyer's patches(PP) in the mucosal immune response under antigen inducement. Methods The histological characterizations of lymphocytes in PP of ileum in BALB/c mice which took salmonella typhi were observed by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry.Results PP were more obvious and the germinal center was active in growth under light microscopy. PP and follicles of per PP were significantly increased in number( P <0.01, P <0.01);Under electron microscopy, there were great numbers clumps of macrophage-lymphocytes and dendritic cell-lymphocytes in the germinal center and parafollicular area. Immunohistochemistry proved that the most of lymphocytes which surrounded macrophage and dendritic cell were CD 4 and CD 8 cells, and CD 4 cells were more obvious.Conclusion The salmonella typhi may induce the immune response of PP in mice, and PP is the inductive site of the mucosal immune response.
