摘　　要：目的 :探讨 Ki- 6 7抗原和微血管密度 (MVD)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 ,并评价两者的相互关系。方法 :利用鼠抗人 Ki- 6 7抗原单克隆抗体和鼠抗人 F 因子相关抗原 (F RAg)单克隆抗体对 6 5例膀胱移行细胞癌和 8例正常膀胱黏膜进行免疫组化染色。结果 :Ki- 6 7与 MVD在癌组织中表达均显著高于正常黏膜 (P<0 .0 1)。肿瘤中 Ki- 6 7指数和 MVD之间存在正相关性 ,两者的表达均与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级显著相关 , 级与 级、 级与 级之间存在显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;浸润性肿瘤组高于表浅肿瘤组 (P<0 .0 1) ;术后 2年随访复发组高于未复发组 (P<0 .0 1)。MVD与肿瘤大小有关 ,肿瘤直径大于 2 cm组 MVD高于肿瘤直径小于 2 cm组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ki- 6 7的表达为膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性表型 ,且与膀胱肿瘤血管形成有关。Ki- 6 7指数和Objective:To evaluate the expression and relationship of Ki 67 and microvessel density (MVD) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (TCC).Methods:With anti Ki 67 McAb and anti FⅧRAgMcAb,immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of Ki 67 and MVD in 65 cases of TCC,and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue as controls.Results:It was shown that the expression of Ki 67 in TCC was positively correlated to tumor MVD.These two indices increased with the escalation of the tumor grade ( P <0.01).The Ki 67 and MVD expression in recurrent tumors were higher than those without ( P <0.01).MVD in diameter larger than 2 cm was higher than that of less than 2 cm.Conclusion:The results suggested that the expression of Ki 67 is malignant phenotype in TCC and it is related to the formation of tumor vascularity.The Ki 67 index and MVD measurement is of significance in assessing the biological behavior and prognosis of TCC.
