摘  要:为提高大学生的心理素质 ,对 2 0 0名参与健美操课训练的女大学生进行专门的心理素质培养。所采取的训练方法有 :表现力训练、增强自信心、运用形体语言和词语暗示调节情绪、锻炼意志和增强心理稳定性。采用问卷调查验证训练效果。结果表明 :强调心理素质培养的健美操课取得了理想的效果 ,考试成绩优秀率由原来的 9.5 %提高到 2 4.5 % ;在自信心、表现力、锻炼自觉性和情绪控制能力上都有显著增强。For the purpose of fostering college students' psychology, 200 female college students have been given special psychological training in aerobics dancing classes in comparison with physical exercises. The training methods include expressive force exercises, self-confidence improvement, regulation of emotions, exercise of will and growth of psychological stability through body language and verbal hints. And questionnaires are used to support the training results, which reveals that an ideal result has been achieved from the aerobics dancing that focuses on psychology. The excellence rate in exams has been improved from the original 9.5% to 24.5 %. And moreover, their self-confidence, expressive force, consciousness for exercises as well as emotion control ability have been increased obviously.
