摘　　要：中国的汽车产业经过半个世纪的发展 ,尤其是改革开放以来 ,汽车产业取得了长足的进步 ,但是中国同国外汽车产业的差距不是在减小而是在加大。在中国加入WTO之际 ,“幼稚”的汽车产业迎接挑战 ,应从技术创新入手 ,正确处理好引进技术和自主创新的关系 ,提高我国汽车产业的自主开发能力 ,力争拥有我国自己知识产权的名牌产品 。As China joined in WTO,what mode should our automotive industry draw up to receive challenge from Multinational Corporation?First,we should lay emphasis on technology innovation to deal with the relationship between technology indraught and self determine exploitation.Then,we should improve our self determine exploitation and try to possess our knowledge property right production.
